Friendly and fun by nature, Dinarte Vieira believes that success comes from dedication and positive energy. His greatest passion is running, a habit that began out of a health necessity and quickly became an essential part of his life. He regularly participates in Madeira a Correr, the official street running calendar organized by the Athletics Association of the Autonomous Region of Madeira, and has completed several half marathons, including Funchal, Porto Santo, and Lisbon.

From a young age, Dinarte learned the value of hard work and human connection. He began selling cars with his father, an experience that sparked his love for sales and working with people. Later, he managed a night bar and a snack bar, strengthening his entrepreneurial spirit and his ability to connect with others.

Real estate entered his life as a challenge presented by Jonhy, CEO of Prediclub, at a time when Dinarte was unemployed. He accepted the challenge and soon discovered a true passion for the field. Today, with nine years of experience, he stands out for his transparency, authenticity, and close approach.

For Dinarte, the greatest reward is helping people achieve the dream of owning their own home. Knowing he played a part in such an important moment in someone’s life is what motivates him every day. He values trust above all, believing that every client should feel safe, supported, and confident at every stage of the process.
