My name is Fátima Sousa, and I guide my life by essential values such as honesty, humility, respect, kindness, and integrity. I am committed to everything I do, approaching each task with focus and determination, and I carry this same confidence and reliability into my professional life.

My main hobby is long walks; I especially love exploring the famous “levada” trails of Madeira, as I am a true nature lover who enjoys outdoor activities. I also love travelling and discovering new cultures, and I am passionate about reading — another way I find to travel and see the world. I have a particular and curious passion for visiting libraries, from the oldest to the most modern ones.

My professional life was connected for many years to the Madeira International Business Centre, where I worked in administration and commercial roles. Over the last 20 years, I worked in the international clothing trade and was also involved in the opening of retail stores for a prestigious Italian brand, Boggi Milano. This experience provided me with excellent knowledge of commercial transactions and developed my communication and negotiation skills. I learned to organize and manage all necessary information and documentation, from ordering materials for garment production to coordinating logistics to ensure that the finished products reached their final destinations. This was a major challenge for me, and because I enjoy challenging myself even further, I decided it was time to step out of my comfort zone and embrace something new. That’s when I decided to enter the real estate sector and help people sell and buy their properties — and believe me, this has been an extraordinary and rewarding challenge.

I started working in real estate part-time in 2022, but in 2024, I decided to dedicate myself to it fully. In 2025, I became part of the wonderful Prediclub family. To embrace a significant challenge, we need to be surrounded by a strong, confident, organized team that aligns with our principles — and that is exactly what I found here.

 

Property acquisition is where everything begins in this profession. It is a delicate process that requires honesty, confidence, and determination, always respecting the client’s opinion. We must never forget the sentimental value that an owner attaches to their home. In reality, we are not merely selling houses; we are helping people throughout the entire selling process — from legalizing and updating documentation to valuing the property and establishing a fair price that meets the expectations of potential buyers.

 

For all the reasons above, I place great importance on sincerity, honesty, respect, and trust in my relationships with clients and colleagues, as only through these values can we successfully sell properties and help others achieve their dreams — and ours too!

 

What motivates me most in this sector is the direct contact with people — both clients and the team I work with. The collaboration with colleagues, the dedication, the personalized and determined approach of the staff, and the effective marketing strategies we employ to enhance property sales all contribute to creating a safe and calm process, where each transaction unfolds smoothly.
