In 2016, he decided to embrace the real estate sector, after a friend's suggestion, that quickly became a passion. Sociable by nature and with a taste for sales, he found at Prediclub the ideal space to grow and consolidate his trajectory.
Over the years, he achieved significant results in sales, always guided by transparency, closeness, and rigorous monitoring in each process. For Fernando, the greatest motivation is seeing dreams fulfilled and satisfied clients, certain that they were well supported from the first to the last moment.
Currently, he also holds the position of Team Leader, supporting the team at our Machico store with the same dedication and professionalism he applies in serving his clients. His commitment is clear: to lead by example, with ethics, transparency, and team spirit.
