José Castro has built his professional journey on discipline, dedication and a strong spirit of perseverance. For several years he was a federated handball player for Club Sport Marítimo, an experience that shaped the way he approaches challenges and teamwork.

With a background in Sociocultural Animation, he has always maintained a strong connection to outdoor activities and working with people, also gaining experience as a mountain guide. He later served for seven years in the Portuguese Army, where he further strengthened values such as responsibility, resilience and commitment.

His entry into the real estate sector initially came out of curiosity, following an invitation to attend a training session with Tony Gonçalves. That first contact proved decisive and, since then, he has been working in the field for seven years. During this time, he has developed strong technical skills, including training in mortgage credit certified by the Bank of Portugal, as well as experience in the analysis and organisation of documentation processes.

As a real estate consultant at Prediclub, Castro stands out for his transparent approach and strong commitment to his clients. He believes in a clear principle: not taking on processes that he cannot follow with full dedication. For each client, he seeks to develop a plan tailored to their circumstances and objectives, working every day to deliver a professional service and consistent results.

His greatest professional satisfaction comes at the final stage of each process — after the deed is signed — when he receives a heartfelt thank you and sees the happiness of clients who have achieved an important milestone in their lives.

Outside his professional activity, Castro maintains a strong connection to sport, particularly handball, and has a keen interest in architecture, gastronomy, travel and different cultures.
