n in 2017, a few months after arriving in Madeira, the place he chose with his family to be their new home. He accepted an invitation from Jonhy Gonçalves and decided to take a chance in the sector. His previous jobs were linked to sales and customer service, so it was not difficult to start on this new path. Today, he has 9 years of experience in the field and believes that each process is a challenge that makes him grow as a professional.

Four years ago, he took on the role of Team Leader at the Calheta store, a position that consolidated not only his growth within Prediclub but also the recognition of his ethical, firm, and solution-oriented approach.

For Manuel, success in real estate is not just closing deals. It's doing things well, informing clearly, monitoring each stage, and earning the trust of those who seek him.

Outside of work, what he values most is time with family, discovering new places, and of course, football, his passion since childhood.

He considers Prediclub as the company that opened doors for him in this area, and his greatest goal is to always keep its name held high, because he believes that "a company is what its employees are."
