Extroverted, communicative, and always ready for a good conversation, Ricardo is a genuine and empathetic person who deeply values human relationships and truly cares about those around him. His positive energy and natural ability to connect with people are reflected in his daily work, making him an approachable, trustworthy, and transparent professional.
A true sports enthusiast, Ricardo is a UEFA B (Level 2) certified futsal coach and was an athlete for many years. He’s also passionate about the automotive world — with a small but special collection of vintage cars and miniatures — and enjoys mental challenges like Legos and puzzles. Music has always been a part of his life (he even worked as a radio host), and traveling is one of his greatest passions. Having lived in four different European countries, he gained a broad perspective on cultures, people, and ways of life.
In 2001, after several years abroad, Ricardo returned to Madeira, working in hospitality and telecommunications before joining Prediclub Real Estate in 2002. Since then, he has dedicated almost 24 years to the real estate industry, where he found the perfect balance between serving people and facing challenges. For Ricardo, real estate is precisely that — understanding each client’s needs and finding tailor-made solutions with honesty and commitment.
With a career marked by countless success stories, Ricardo describes his work style as hardworking, dedicated, and passionate, and believes that transparency, loyalty, and strategy are non-negotiable values in this profession.
Today, after more than two decades at Prediclub, Ricardo truly feels at home. He sees every client as unique and believes that everyone deserves the same level of care and respect, regardless of their status or situation. His greatest goal is to continue leaving a legacy of trust, empathy, and professionalism — so that, as he says himself, “when people talk about me, they do it with a smile, remembering that at some point, I was able to help in some way.”
“I’m here to give my best — to help find the best path forward.”
