His professional journey began early, driven by a desire for independence and a strong sense of responsibility. He worked as a painter during school holidays, then as a security guard, warehouse manager, auditor, sales representative, and architectural draftsman — until, in 2003, he accepted an invitation from his cousin to explore the real estate sector.

With over 20 years of experience, Paulo has seen it all: economic crises, challenging markets, and the days of traditional prospecting — when there was no Google Maps, social media, or online leads. He has witnessed the industry’s transformation and evolved with it, never losing sight of what he considers essential: honesty, trust, and a focus on solutions.

For Paulo, each client — whether buyer or seller — is a unique challenge. He enjoys outlining strategies, explaining the “why” behind every step, and ensuring the client clearly understands the entire process. His greatest pride comes from knowing that many clients return years later or recommend him to others — proof that he leaves not only a professional mark but also a human one.

Outside of work, Paulo is curious and versatile: he has been an athlete, coach, and sports director, almost pursued a military career, loves hiking through Madeira’s mountains, traveling, and challenging himself in the kitchen with his own improvised recipes.

At Prediclub, his goal is to continue being recognized as an experienced consultant with strong principles — and to serve as an example for those just starting in the industry.
